Adem\u00e1s de los centros comerciales que contienen todos los productos imaginables en una amplia gama de tiendas, tambi\u00e9n sirven como lugar para que personas de todas las clases sociales disfruten del entretenimiento y la comida. El comportamiento del consumidor latinoamericano ha cambiado y en esta oportunidad compartimos con ustedes algunos datos al respecto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bizonlinemarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/faf7b4fc-kit-suman-urqxmoq2hk4-unsplash-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2960\" width=\"700\"\/><figcaption>Los centros comerciales son un lugar de reuni\u00f3n y entretenimiento en Am\u00e9rica Latina<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Los primeros centros comerciales de la regi\u00f3n aparecieron durante la d\u00e9cada de 1960 en Brasil y M\u00e9xico, en respuesta a las demandas de las crecientes clases medias. El auge de los centros comerciales marc\u00f3 un importante cambio en el comportamiento del consumidor latinoamericano, ya que la gente acud\u00eda a las instalaciones por la seguridad y la comodidad que ofrec\u00edan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde entonces, todos los pa\u00edses de la regi\u00f3n han sido testigos del crecimiento de los centros comerciales. Solo en 2015 se <a href=\"https:\/\/obras.expansion.mx\/construccion\/2015\/03\/09\/america-latina-tendra-830-nuevos-centros-comerciales-en-2025\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">registraron 1555 centros comerciales<\/a> en la regi\u00f3n, y para entonces se estimaba que en los pr\u00f3ximos 10 a\u00f1os se construir\u00edan unos 830 nuevos desarrollos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin embargo, si bien es probable que los centros comerciales sigan prevaleciendo en los pr\u00f3ximos a\u00f1os, en la regi\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n se evidencia un cambio significativo en el comportamiento del consumidor en Am\u00e9rica Latina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ese cambio es el r\u00e1pido aumento del comercio electr\u00f3nico. Sin embargo, la pandemia del COVID-19 tuvo un efecto multiplicador, impulsando la adopci\u00f3n del comercio electr\u00f3nico a un per\u00edodo de aceleraci\u00f3n sin precedentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En consecuencia, en 2020, Am\u00e9rica Latina se transform\u00f3 en el mercado regional de comercio electr\u00f3nico de m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido crecimiento en todo el mundo, con un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fidelity.com.sg\/articles\/analysis-and-research\/2021-03-22-the-rise-of-e-commerce-in-latin-america-1616387364368\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">aumento de las ventas del 37% <\/a>ese a\u00f1o hasta alcanzar los 85.000 millones de d\u00f3lares.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dos plataformas que experimentaron un crecimiento masivo en la regi\u00f3n y <a href=\"https:\/\/oxfordbusinessgroup.com\/news\/how-covid-19-triggered-latin-american-e-commerce-boom\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">contribuyeron en gran medida a esa tendencia<\/a> fueron la plataforma de compras en l\u00ednea MercadoLibre, con sede en Argentina, y el servicio de comida en l\u00ednea Rappi, con sede en Colombia, mientras que los servicios de streaming tambi\u00e9n fueron importantes impulsores del crecimiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Contribuyeron a que Am\u00e9rica Latina superara a la regi\u00f3n de Asia-Pac\u00edfico en t\u00e9rminos de crecimiento anual, con un crecimiento particular en pa\u00edses como Argentina (+79%), Brasil (+35%) y M\u00e9xico (+27%).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las previsiones muestran que esta trayectoria de crecimiento continuar\u00e1, y se espera que el n\u00famero de compradores en l\u00ednea en la regi\u00f3n <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lazardassetmanagement.com\/it\/en_uk\/references\/fundamental-focus\/e-commerce-boom-latin-america\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">aumente de los 172 millones actuales a 435 millones en 2031<\/a>. Por su parte, se espera que el gasto medio por consumidor se multiplique por 3,5 durante ese periodo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esto proporciona una abundancia de oportunidades para las empresas que quieran ampliar o empezar a vender sus productos y servicios en l\u00ednea, configurando el comportamiento del consumidor latinoamericano de una nueva manera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Los pagos electr\u00f3nicos crecen naturalmente junto con el comercio electr\u00f3nico<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignright size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bizonlinemarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/aab22909-david-dvoracek-qipe0upc0_u-unsplash-683x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Imagen de archivo de personas realizando pagos sin contacto con tel\u00e9fonos inteligentes.\" class=\"wp-image-2966\" width=\"450\"\/><figcaption>El sector de las tecnolog\u00edas financieras est\u00e1 creciendo<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>El aumento del comercio electr\u00f3nico tambi\u00e9n ha provocado un crecimiento y una expansi\u00f3n sin precedentes en el mercado de los pagos electr\u00f3nicos, con la aparici\u00f3n de nuevas plataformas en la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En 2019, el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.statista.com\/topics\/8136\/digital-payments-in-latin-america\/#dossierKeyfigures\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">valor total de los pagos electr\u00f3nicos en Am\u00e9rica Latina se estim\u00f3<\/a> en 100.000 millones de d\u00f3lares, una cifra que se espera que aumente en un 73% para 2025. Sin embargo, s\u00f3lo el 55% de las personas de la regi\u00f3n tiene acceso a una cuenta de servicios financieros o a un proveedor de dinero m\u00f3vil, por lo que <a href=\"https:\/\/bizhack.com\/how-latin-american-consumers-driving-global-mobile-marketing-trends\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">seguir\u00e1n existiendo grandes oportunidades en Am\u00e9rica Latina.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Debido a la pandemia, este vac\u00edo comenz\u00f3 a llenarse, y se estima que 13 millones de personas har\u00e1n su primera transacci\u00f3n en l\u00ednea en 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si bien este es un cambio importante y prometedor que trajo inclusi\u00f3n y acceso a mucha gente, todav\u00eda hay numerosas oportunidades que se pueden aprovechar, como los servicios de pago m\u00f3vil que funcionan con suscripciones. En la actualidad, se calcula que unos <a href=\"https:\/\/bizhack.com\/how-latin-american-consumers-driving-global-mobile-marketing-trends\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">189 millones de personas en la regi\u00f3n tienen una suscripci\u00f3n de este tipo.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las estimaciones indican que el n\u00famero de personas de la regi\u00f3n que desean tener acceso a estos servicios, o a un monedero electr\u00f3nico, seguir\u00e1 creciendo en el futuro.
